Join anytime these classes at anytime, each practice will contain the various layers of Ashtanga yoga. Where the breath, internal locks, gaze and individual poses are explored. We will move at a slower pace & break down the salutations,standing and selected seated poses from the traditional Yoga Therapy movements and Primary Series.
The classes are also structured around Yoga therapy techniques to help heal the mind and body.
HOT SEQUENCE & YIN YOGA classes are great for beginners too!
Mysore Independent Practice & Yin Yoga
A class all can benefit from with a traditional take on how poses are constructed. Alignment is everything when it comes to yoga. During the session, one will be given options of levels to take in various postures.The practice incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques - great for stress relief and overall relaxation. The class is a constant movement and is a great mental and physical exercise for an experienced practitioner or a confident enthusiast.
